PvPvE made easy

    - You take a PvE-map where it's possible to walk from one end to the other, in both directions.

    - At one end of the map is the spawn-zone of Team A, at the other end is Team B. Spread out over the map are Tyranid spawn-pools.

    - The team who kills more Tyranids before time is up, wins. If you kill somebody from the opposing team, they respawn and have to walk all the way back into action, which means that they cannot kill Tyranids in the mean-time.

    There may be different "modes" that enable or disable the possibility for the spawn-pools to work.

    Just like how the garrison is a PVE map and thus can't have pvp in it past sparring between friendlies in a dictated area. But who knows, in theory it should be possible to place down spawners, but then there's the issues of performance, pathing, no-go-zones, etc etc etc
  3. Interesting concept. My take on PvPvE would be where two factions have a chance encounter in the tunnels and mainly figth each other, with Tyranids there as a 3rd faction. The 'nids shouldn't count anything towards victory.

    Only the arena is PvP since you cant damage people outside it therefore the rest of the garrison is PvE

    And what do you call those dummies all around the map ? PvE or PvP ?

    What isnt PvP is PvE , this map has pathfindig for nids therefore its PVE with an arena for PvP elements
