Also for those of you who rank up, since the trial by fire is a set number of years, we're going to use a set number of missions to increase in rank. La->Ui: 4 missions Ui->Vre: 8 missions Vre->El: 12 missions And so on. I will update everyone's name with the traits they earn during combat as well as number of missions before promotion
The other races will receive other bonuses at their mission marks, and everyone who survives will get something at the end. The trait commander is earned by simply becoming commander of your squad, it will be lost if you are transferred to a squad that you are not in command of.

@Avenging-Angel yeah that can work if you want, I wasn't going to be that mean since light wounds generally don't effect you, but go for it!
