Have some patience man. There was a reason it was lacking a fast-attack in patch 24; same reason it's fast attack is still off. It has only been in the game for FIVE days! I want it to work just as much as you do, but give it a little time. There are PLENTY of other shinies to use in the meantime. Hell, I got 42 kills in a game the other day with a Chain Choppa.
