    Weapons
-All basic race weapons brought up to 250 dps or 1.4s TTK
-All Assault type versions brought up to 300 dps or 1s TTK
-Anti Vehicular weapons deal reduced damage to Infantry, at least so they don't one shot anymore.
-Anti Infantry Support weapons spool up increased, so that their TTK when ambushed combined with spool up is less then most Infantry Weapons for instance Heavy Bolter has a TTK of 0.78s or almost half that of a Boltgun, brace time is a 0.3s putting the weapon in a shootout still 0.4s before any boltgunners, increase brace time by 50% so its TTK is 1.38s from carry to brace to kill, but once it gets going its TTK will stay 0.78s, same aprox TTK for the autocannon.

    Melee
-All weapons deal 50% less friendly fire.
-Melee weapons now deal friendly fire damage, requiring melee to be carefull where they swing their stabbies.
-Melee receive an Exposed Debuff that makes them take 25% more ranged damage when not in melee, when they hit an enemy, clang or hit doesn't matter the Exposed Debuff becomes an Adrenaline Buff for 10s allowing them to take 50% more ranged damage. With the above changes to weapon TTK a basic weapon takes 1.05s to kill them in the open, an assault version 0.75s, until they get into Melee range then you are SOL, because whatever they got left getting to you became 50% more.

    Armor
    LSM +25 Armor
Trinkets that add armor / health doubled

Named Weapons brought into line and i would add Named Armor variants that you can equip at artificer & relic levels, that would do stuff like more protection from back attacks, slower poisen/heat stacks, Life Support that slowly recuperates health etc...

I think that would be my first patch, monitor that for a week and re-adjust from there.

    LSM:
    1) Switch the numbers for Health and Armor. Instead of 100 armor and 200 hp, make it 200 Armor and 100 hp.
    2) Slight accuracy buff to Bolters.
    3) Plasma cannon AoE damage reduced. If you direct hit with it, sure. 1hko. But no more of this "close enough" garbage.
    4) Fix the scopes. Bolter rounds are off target with the kraken even with the first shot.

    General:
    - Fixed lag
    - Fixed loading times

    Store:
    - Add non RTC appearance items
    - Fix the prices of RTC items (I'm ok with current non RTC item prices)

    Maps:
    - Get rid of invisible walls
    - Fix cover aiming and not being able to use obvious walls for cover

    LSM:
    - Buff bolter damage
    - Make Apothecary heals instant cast

    Eldar:
    - Reduce health
    - Limit the amount of time Swooping hawks can spend in the air in some way.
    - Limit Fire Dragon from sprint so fast when firing Melta

This will make me happy :)

  5. Make Tactical / Traitor great again! I want to git guud, but right now im more of a nuisance than a real threat for all those melee dudes running and jumppacking arround! :D

BUILD A WALL AROUND THAT SHIELDBRO, AND PAY IT WITH HIS RTP!

Just kidding, but a little bit more damage or survivability for Tac / Traitor would really be nice.

The only other thing i crave so much is the nerf of the B̶u̶l̶l̶s̶h̶i̶t̶l̶a̶u̶n̶c̶h̶e̶r̶ Plasmacannon.
Right now it's kind of a funblocker :(

Edit: Of course also the PC's equivalents like Reaper-launchers or Dakka deff orky cannon whatever :D
  6. Wait a second...! You LSM got Kraken Rounds now? o_O
Since when? What do they do?

Was going to just click like but have to say totally agree with this. Firing point blank into someone downed should not be even damage and heal rate. That... Is game breaking.

Yeah, what's with the bolters. I think it was patch 23 or so the were so accurate. I picked up one last night and it was trash.

I was getting killed by SM devs with a heavy bolter hip shooting. It seems they took away the setup time on that (I've been away from CSM for a while playing orks). Being a havoc hip shooting the HB I felt much more effective than a tact with a bolter

Admittedly my playing as of this patch has been limited to Eldar and LSM, so I'll keep my suggestions to what I know, but some of the suggestions for LSM also apply to CSM.

    Space Marines (LSM and CSM)

    General

1.) (Minor) LSM appear to lack any form of real identity, while CSM have the ability to represent their chosen 'God' through various spells for the sorcerer and different marks for other classes, LSM are very generic and plain. This isn't necessarily a bad thing and I'm sure eventually it will be developed upon, but perhaps introducing something like chapter tactics or the like (in very controlled doses) would be beneficial. I could easily see Imperial Fists getting 'bolter drill' and perhaps having a faster reload speed with boltguns or even a decrease to heat for the heavy bolter, hell if you wanted to get crazy you could even give Dark Angels bonuses to using plasma weaponry and Blood Angels benefits in close combat. But once again this is a minor detail.

    Weapons

1.) (Moderate) The Bolter for all factions is in a relatively bad place, as I'm sure most people would agree. I'm not arguing that it should be a room sweeper, but increasing it's damage by a few points or even adjusting it's ranged fall off damage, or even improving it's general accuracy would be beneficial and make it's appearance more widespread.

2.) (Moderate) The Heavy Bolter much like the bolter has taken a pretty hard hit in the most recent patches. It's gone from being a mainstay of LSM and CSM defense to now being rarely taken and Devastators instead embracing plasma cannons or autocannons. I think this is partly due to how rapidly the weapon overheats. While it isn't lacking in stopping power or suppression, it does overheat extremely quickly. Even giving it 1-3 more seconds of firing time would be beneficial.

3.) (Minor) The Lascannon appears to be slightly weaker against armored targets, which isn't necessarily a terrible thing. However even by buffing it's damage ever so slightly (easy on the reigns) would make it more viable and taken outside of fortress maps. Currently it's one of the most effective weapons against Eldar grav tanks as the wielder doesn't run as much of a risk of getting run over. It literally takes an entire minute and 10 shots (1/3rd total ammunition) from a lascannon to kill a predator if firing at the front armor. While yes there are obvious benefits to hitting rear and side armor, presently Eldar vehicles are capable of traversing in all directions to constantly keep their front armor towards you. Yet all while staying incredibly mobile and agile (which is certainly part of how they fight, but this is a bit excessive). Buffing the Lascannon would make it a more formidable anti-tank weapon on the battlefield, not to mention ordnance vehicles are already cracking the Fortress gates in record time, so what could it really hurt? (I'm not very familiar with the Ork Zzapgun, however if it suffers from the same situation then I'd argue it deserves the same treatment.) Here's a video showing how long it takes to destroy a vehicle while shooting at frontal armor with the current lascannon.

4.) (Minor) The Powerfist is a formidable weapon on the field of battle and we all know that as we've been bitch slapped by one at least once (Or provided a few of our own). However I've noticed that the powerfist doesn't appear to hit the underside of Eldar grav tanks. That is if a wave serpent or falcon has it's nose elevated due to being propped up on the front of a rhino or terrain, that area of the tank and it's underbelly cannot be struck with a powerfist. The only alternative is to maneuver and hit the side of the vehicle. Also.. in several other odd occurrences I've had a charged powerfist attack ready to go while a wave serpent began charging me. Shockingly as I timed by swing, rather than striking the vehicle or the vehicle flattening me, we simply clipped right through each other without damage to either of us.

    Classes / Armor

1.) (Minor/Null) Admittedly Space Marine armor all around feels pretty weak when you're shooting at it with a Shuriken pistol and other ranged weapons. Generally they feel just as armored as Dire Avengers even when in loaded with nothing but armor and health bonuses.

    Vehicles

1.) (Minor) Tracked vehicles still feel exceptionally wonky, flying into the air from running over a slightly elevated terrain feature that otherwise should have no impact due to their sheer weight. When driving on flat ground they handle very well and I rather like the feel of them, but as soon as the terrain begins to change and become more rugged they spiral out of control like remote controlled toys. I'm not sure if this is a physics issue or what, but it just feels very toy'ish like you're driving a homemade kart rather than a tracked vehicle.

2.) (Minor) The pintle mounted stormbolter on both Rhinos seem to overheat extremely fast. I'm not sure if this is also a problem for Ork vehicles, but I know that the twin-linked Shuriken cannons on the Wave Serpent appears to function much better in comparison.

    Craftworld Eldar

    General

1.) (Minor/Null) Customizations for Eldar at the moment are extremely lackluster. The RTC customization currently are exceptionally pricey. (Pretty much for 20k RTC you get a simple reskinned shrine helmet for the class of your choosing which is 10k, then for 5k a pop you get a single shoulder pad.)

    Weapons

1.) (Severe) 'The Hunter's Mark" is just wow.. I'm sure almost everyone in the game with any sense to them will whole-heartedly agree that this needs a serious thwacking with the nerf-bat. Words can't even describe this weapon and it's utter insanity. In case you haven't seen it, feel free to take a look.

    Classes / Armor

1.) (Minor/Null) Personally I feel like some of the Eldar classes to stand to have their armor reduced. Right now they're just incredibly fast and agile, yet still with tons of armor to boot. Which would be understandable for a few frontline classes, but definitely not all of them. But this will probably get balanced out just fine in due time.

2.) (Moderate) Swooping Hawks are without a doubt the most powerful ranged class in the game at the moment. Their weapons (excluding the Hunter's Mark) are still very strong compared to what they used to be, revitalizing their role on the battlefield. And while I was begging for this a few patches ago, the higher weapon damage plus improved speed and flight it excessive. I honestly don't know why their flight speed was changed to near super sonic, but it's absolutely insane currently. Even previously in alpha the swooping hawks were easily capable of flying in and out of combat, albeit their weapons at the time were mostly garbage. But now.. I mean wow. Poor Space Marines and Orks are going to need Flakk missiles to shoot these fuckers down with how fast they're flying around the map.

    Vehicles

1.) (Moderate/Severe) There's been a lot of complaints about Eldar vehicles, and as an Eldar player I feel confident in saying that they're well founded. Personally I feel like the grav tanks need to sacrifice something in the sake of balance. Whether it be some mobility (e.g. slower rotational speeds) or perhaps even reduced armor or even taking greater damage from ramming or crashing into terrain. Or.. as an alternative, provide the opposing factions with some type of weapon system beyond the powerfist/powerklaw that is capable of immobilizing one of these vehicles. But if you don't believe me, here's a video of one match with 31 road kills in 7 minutes, despite the enemy team doing everything they physically could to stop the vehicle.

Just no. I don't think you understand how the different attributes actually work. Orks would annihilate everything with 300HP and 200 Toughness. Eldar would never be able to kill anything and would lose every single match they played.
