"THERE WILL BE ORDER IN THIS BAR!" was the yell that came from Herchite upon the brawl breaking out and he fired off a heavy bolter shot into the roof of the bar to try and make his point clear. Unfortunately the bolt had dislodged a part of the roof that Herchite had shot at many, many times before while breaking up previous brawls and the resulting rubble had landed on one of the Tau that had the misfortune to be standing right underneath it, taking him out of the fight for good. Sadly, the Tau was still alive. With his traditional "Shoot the roof and hope that everyone stops" over, the Marine turned his attention to the Ork that he knew from past experiences in the bar would most likely keep fighting long after the other punters were subdued. So he brought out his bolt pistol and fired it at the Ork's foot, hoping to gain it's attention. {Result-1 Tau incapped, Strike at the Ork}

Kanud dident care who had ended up with his fist in the face, simple colateral damegde of Ogryn strength, whoever should just be happy to live. As ork tried to charge past him, Kanud made an attempt to sieze the ork, if succesfull he would lift to ork up to then smash him into the floor. Herchite told the Ork "Go ahead you Ork punk, make my day" as he put away his bolt pistol away and readied himself to charge the charging Ork by getting into the correct stance and drawing his combat knife. Once ready, he rushed towards the Ork with a view to get his knife jammed into the Ork's chest and hopefully topple the Ork onto the floor... But should the Orgryn be successful, he'd just jam the knife repeatedly into the Ork's chest in a bid to stop him. {Result: Focus Strike on the Ork.}
It was with an unseemly "Oof!" that Adel was knocked to the ground, a Ratling atop her. Just happy that she hadn't hit her head on a table edge or anything, she pushed him aside to climb to her feet, barely dodging some arm or another, and moving out of the Ogryn's way - or rather, stumbling to evade. But the commander saw that her mountain of a man, Gulyas, was having his fun, launching himself on of the Kroot soldiers with his knife, while Benes was in a more compromised position. She moved to grab one of the Tau belligerents from behind, one of those attacking her Grenadier, and take him into a headlock, one he fled out of. As the blue Xenos attempted to hit her in kind, however, she grabbed a nearby bottle and smashed it onto his head. Seeing him collapse was almost carthaic for her, had it not been for the tremendous pain that made her grab her side and seek support on one of the few tables still standing. 'Eadbolt took one look at the situation and decided it was krumpin' time. "Nobody. " Servo-claw craned over to close around the Kroot's head, already bloodied claw tips going to spear into its brain. "Touches. " Servo-burna laid low as a booted foot kicked one of several different nozzles down over it. "Me. " With kuttin' nozzle in place a concentrated jet of welding fire was set to burn through the xeno's knee. "Grot. " One hand reached for the kidnapper's arm holding Handy, looking to snap the limb right in half while the other attempted to close around throat and crush its neck. [Servo-Claw reaching to rip off head, Servo-Burna using kuttin' flame on a knee, left hand going to snap the limb helping hold Handy hostage, right hand going to snap the neck. ]
