~~ Observatory - Barrum & Vandauil ~~ + @lord-watchman The two men who shared an embrace earlier, took distance now and just sat down on the single comfortable couch, cuddling there while observing the meditating Phoenix Lord, discussing in whispers what he could be up to. ~~ Bridge - Kareen ~~ + @WanderingJester Kareen took a deep breath and relaxed, the comforting hand of the Warp Spider. Slowly relaxing and regaining her mental stability she took a small step backwards. "Apologies. It is just... I kind of left Alaitoc due to some bad experiences. And the other Phoenix Lords apparently took humor in... Confronting me with death." She shuddered and took a seat, stroking over her own womb as she did, looking up at the Warp Spider. The Navigator and Pilot stayed out of it and returned to their duties, however - they had frowned gazes.
"No need to apologize my lady, I was the one who appeared out of nowhere and nearly injured you when you ran into me, so I should be the one apologizing. And I am also sorry to hear that, I would reprimand them but they are not under my command, nor do I see them as my peers. I am but another warp spider in the Eldar race, and I do my part for our people." Ty'rel stared back down at Kareen, and noticed the hand over her womb, but did not say anything. Instead he bowed and looked at one of view ports outside, staring into space and letting his thoughts gather during the moment of silence between his words and perhaps someone else who wishes to speak up.
"Then we should get along famously. I am used to working with others, of course, but they do tend to be from my own Masque. This event, though - well it has significance, and in any case it can be useful to broaden one's experience in war." "Oh, that man? I have no idea," said the Harlequin breezily, waving a hand. After all, he didn't know why a few decorative sprinkles would ruin anyone's day. "So have you fought alongside any of the others here? Do you know Seer Zu'ark?" Jeyridian beamed. He was enjoying the back and to of the conversation.
~~ Bridge - Kareen ~~ + @WanderingJester "I know, I know... You are all independent from one another... That is why.... I fear them, not you. Perhaps I must even sleep in another ones quarter just to rest..." She sighed. "Then there is also the fact that one of them destroyed the book of Zandros... It was my only copy..." Kareen was obviously upset. If Ty'rel would care or not was up to him, especially since he could see a shimmering object in the distance. A hidden Webway in the middle of the void, his trained eyes could see it clearly. ~~ Kitchen - Vex ~~ + @Jorimel & @BadDo9 The Saim-Hannian cook sat down somewhere and started to eat his ice-cream, which was infested by sprinkles all over it. He didn't even glance at the Harlequin in fear that more sprinkles would appear. Though his frown made it appear worse than it actually was.
< @Jorimel > "No. I know no-one on this ship... besides you. I had only just awoken when I heard the same message I assume you did, and now I am here." Sai'ir told him. "Do you know any of the others?" < @Uriel1339 > Kiast was back to flying about, tired of watching the pouting cook. He then noticed Pearus watching him and decided to dive, perching on a table in front of her.
~~ Kitchen - Pearus ~~ + @BadDo9 The woman carefully reached out for the bird and intended to pet it on it's chin, remembering that certain Venti enjoyed that spot especially. "You are a cute little fellah aren't you? Trying to flirt with me to get perhaps some extra yummy bread, mh?"
"Me? No, not a one. You are all each as new to me as the others. A brand new audience. Except as you say for yourself, I have yet to speak to anyone. In truth I wasn't necessarily expecting much in the way of conversation, so this is a pleasant surprise." The Harlequin finished his cake slice, though there was still plenty left to go round. Almost as if he were expecting other guests. "I suppose we may have the chance to get to know each other, and in preference for me that would be before we fight. But that, too, is how we work - know the role, and then extemporise."
Hearing her words the Warp Spider chuckled slightly. "Well, unless you like getting stuck onto your bed every time you wake, I would recommend some other accommodation aside from my quarters my lady. I am sorry to hear about the book, I'll keep an eye out for it if I see it in my travels, perhaps you will be able to obtain another at the Black Library?" Ty'rel had mention the forbidden place of knowledge mostly to see the reaction from those around him, but seeing as he was unfamiliar with the book itself it may actually contain dark secrets. Even the most innocent titles can be used by that treacherous fiend of the warp. Just then his eyes spotted something in the distance and he wrinkled his brow. Without turning he said to the pilots, "Best inform Zu'ark, because there's a hidden webway over there." The warp spider tapped a few buttons, locking on to the location of the interest site and broadcasting it to the others on the bridge.
< @Uriel1339 > Kiast cocked his head as the hand came towards him, and then stretched his neck to enjoy the stroking even more. It was odd, a machine that could feel and enjoy being pet. < @Jorimel > "What is it you would like to know?" Asked Sai'ir "I shall tell you what I can."
~~Bridge - Rharijem~~ + @WanderingJester "Thank you Phoenix Lord Obvious." Rharijem shook his head in disbelief, slowing down in order to approach the webway accordingly. ~~ Bridge - Kareen ~~ + @WanderingJester The woman just giggled on that silly idea. "Yes, perhaps all I need to do is serve up a joke like that to Cegorach, mh?" She smiled at the man. "Perhaps I can convince Sarahdeen to sleep with me, or Yaris.... Perhaps both, with Rharijem as the door guard." ~~ Kitchen - Pearus ~~ + @BadDo9 "You are a cute little fellah." She continued the scratching a bit more before stopping in order to stroke over his head and back gently. She turned toward the Harlequin and the owner of this cute little bird. "You are aware that I could enlighten you at least a bit about the crew, yes? After all I had Vex and Rharijem at least already on my tattoo-ing chair, for example!" Was it the desire to help? Perhaps need for attention? Who knew, but Pearus the Servant, Artist and more was here to save the day!
