"Thank you" He said to her as she left his room. The help was much appreciated by him, walking wasn't the easiest thing at the moment.

OOC: TIME JUMP TO GET YOU ALL TOGETHAAAAA~!

The rest of the evening was spent resting by most and recovering, finishing most ordeals they had at shore. At night there was a small banquet that was shared among all crew members that would continue on with the travels for now. The lack of Arlon (@Xaphen ), Sarahdeen, Yaris and Vanduil was noted. Barrum was upset all night long because Vanduil received a call back to Alaitoc. The Ulthwean Engineer even barely ate. Also the addition of a guest in the shape of Cethynemeer, the apparent maid of Tirigon and the newcomer Phoenix Lord Ralyith was rather interesting.

The Banquet was used for everyone to connect, tell their tales, bond a bit. The dessert just was finished and everyone was pretty much filled and there was still plenty of time to talk, before going to bed and ready for departure by next cycle (day) around noon.

OOC: So the entire list of the current crew and who is at the in-house banquet prepared by yours truly, Vex:

"Well, my compliments to the chef!" Ralyith was pleased with the banquet, and it was certainly filling and delicious, just like all cuisine should be.... A lesson the Corsair cook that she had the misfortune of knowing during the journey to the Anvil should have learnt! With that out of the way, the time came to inquire about her kin's adventures before she arrived into their company, so she after she complimented the cook, said "Well, I would be interested in hearing about what's happened before you all arrived at Vaul's Last Anvil."
  4. The banquet was divine, and Sai'ir was enjoying himself quite nicely. He took a quick glance at Jeanne to asses her situation, and then looks to the drink in his hand. He may have had... a bit much to drink, as he laughs raucously and says in a loud voice. "Anyone have a story they wish to share!? Stories are one of the highlights of any celebration!"

Veerix had had the courtesy to keep her metaphorical shroud shut off for the banquet, but still wore her armour and had her ancient first literal cloak draped over her shoulders majestically when she had arrived alongside the others. She had never been a big eater, this current Lugganathi, but still took a simple pleasure out of the high quality of the food.

When Sai'ir asked for stories, she turned her orange gaze towards him and looked him over as well as the table in the way allowed. His state of intoxication did not evade her, but she still took it as an opportunity to share something, melancholic as it may be. "The Ballad of Blackbane, if you have not heard it, is a story told at my shrines about the dangers of hubris. I know the verses well for I was the first to write them down. There is a more pleasing - and longer- version out there, but this one is the original, and it is not told often." Swirling a glass of water like it was wine, she waited for any objections, dowing the glass and continuing anyways, not singing, but speaking loudly and slowly.

"There once was a villain named Gharlend Blackbane
A pirate well known, from Madrys to Tirathaín

As a braggart, he did swagger and brandish his blade
As he told of bold battles and the fortune he made

Twas in Hastlan's greatest pub, where the darkling had met
    A young ranger named Adviran, who bowed and who said;

'So you claim that you are feared Blackbane the blackguard
but 'less you show your skill in battle I don't believe that you are'

Now this angered prideful Gharlend and quickly were the blades drawn
But the ranger proved his better, and soon the rogue was alarmed

But alas, for the rogue, this humility came too late
For his superior, the youngling moved in to seel his fate.

And the braggart named Gharlend was boastful no more
When this commorite's head rolled around on the floor-

The pub it fell silent, and the patrons were awed
And the man who felled the blackguard was soon asked who he was

Without pride and without a smile, the slayer did say
He was the son of the first man that Blackbane did slay

'For many years I sought him, but I always was too late
So many men I questioned, but non man would aid

But when I heard this man's bragging, I knew who he was
For only men with such arrogance could bear such a black heart'

Saying that, Adviran vanished, for his vengeance had come
And hubris was the reason his enemy's undone..."

Veerix leaned back and opened her eyes. "I was young, and it is a bit forced at times. But it served as a source of enlightenment." She half-smiled, the destroyed half of her face still unmoving as ever. "I learned I am not a lyricist."

Arsys sat in silence, still pondering the events that took place on The Last Anvil. So much has happened in the past few days. Did death and destruction always follow them? "Seer Zu'ark sorry to be blunt but how long til we reach or destination?"

    ~~Banquet - Zu'ark~~
"Next Cycle this time of day if we depart at noon. But I find far more interesting that yet someone has to ask. What do we depart for? None of you asked me where we are heading to or what even our specific goal is." He laughed soft. "Naivety by Phoenix Lords, the least I would have expected to happen! Or blind trust into an old, bitter, grim seer."

"Well as interesting as your last banquet sounds I think it will not end that way tonight." Turning back to the Seer, "Well I assumed you would tell us when the time was right. After all we are harbingers of death in our own rights. And what other task would you have for us besides slaying the evils that face the Eldar race?"
  10. Uriel1339 Uriel1339 Lord of Posts

"When the time is right?" Zu'ark laughed hearty. "There is no such thing as a right time. And.... What is there beyond destruction? The one thing you all appeared to have grown blind to. Well... All except Tirigon (@MetalDog4 ) and Sai'ir (@BadDo9 , it appears." He smiles at the two Phoenix Lords before cleaning his throat with a gulp of water.

"We are going to retrieve the armor of Amon Harakht, the Phoenix Lord of the Eagle Pilots. Being falsely worshipped by a chaos cult, mistaken his armor for the god that is sacrificed to within Raptor cults."
