So I know that this bolter is only for the luck few that knew about it and purchased it way last year during December. But now that the game is released and on consoles, is there going to be any way of getting one now? maybe another limited amount in stores, and could I get one on my xbox if i wanted? thanks.
you dont want it. i have one, it costs 120 points more than stock, has 0.05 less recoil and cannot accept mods, which is kind of bs as i was under the impression it would be more of a skin or atleast useable, which it really isnt a stock bolter with useful mods blows it away, which sucks, i didnt buy it for it to be OP, but i love the phobos model, and want to be able to use it, i just hope they look at it and either treat it like a skin, allow it to be modded, or atleast only raise its equip price by 20 - the price of the same mod on a stock bolter and not 120!!!, as it stands now it wont even fit on any of my loadouts as i cant afford to spend 100+ points extra on a cool looking gun, that performs worse. same deal with a mastercrafted bolter i think, it comes with reduced recoil, costs 100 points extra, but can be modded (and comes out of the 5k box).
Yea but.... its cool looking, i get what you mean but I still want to know, maybe devs put it in 30k box.
it wont be available in a box, it was designed to be limited so it would remain suitably rare, originally a max of 300, of which i think about 200 were actually sold, if it goes in a box, everyone would have it eventually as you cannot get duplicates out of boxes, plus, ill be honest, if a gun i paid £20 top have because its rare and special shows up for everyone, it wuld really take the piss, same for all limited weapons, at best you might see anoither limited sale for it.
