I think part of that has to do with the nature of orks. They aren't portrayed as being perfect in every way. They aren't uniform. They don't win every fight they get into. They don't hold off 1000 space marines with a single knife. The whole "oh the elder are to tall!" "Oh they have shiny stuff on them boo!" or "Oh Space Marines need to be the best!" just doesn't effect the Ork playerbase. We just want...fun.

Hmmmm good point we need more threads discussing the overly sexualized nature of the shown orks. We will just be too sexy and distracting for other factions to focus enough to play.
