Since people have already brought up Borderlands, I need to point out what is probably the most orky gun ever put in a non-40k game: the Chopper (it was also added to BL2, with pretty much the same effects). - accuracy can be as low as zero. You won't hit much. - it fires bullets 4 by 4, with an SMG-like fire rate. You'll put a lot of lead in the air. - best part: one pull of the trigger, and you'll never stop firing until your magazine is empty. Said magazine can hold more than a thousand bullets, which will be gone in 10 seconds of firing. That beast could put down a Drifter, one of the most resilient enemies of the first game, in a matter of seconds... I hope you have ways to regen your ammo though. (anything manufactured by Torgue in BL2 also qualifies. Chessboard pattern: check. LOUD and EXPLOSIVE: oh yes, double check.)
