Ork "sins" and "forgiving of sins"

    Orks don't... really have sins.

    They think being mean is being bad, and being bad is being killy, and being killy is being big, and being big means you're the best.

    So I think, instead of "X player has forgiven your sins"

    It should be:

    "X playah desided nawt ta give ya a thump"

    X player doesn't care that you shot him and only wants to get stuck in.

    Honestly it depends on the boss.

    Boss says that shooting recklessly into your boys is okay? Then it's okay!

    Boss says to stomp any git killin' his boys? Then you smack that runt around!

    Maybe they should let the warlord set the tolerance level of team kills to his preference. :cool:
  5. If the respawn timer is going to be lower, as is rumored for orks to simulate the numbers they have, then it'll matter less. All depends how they handle spawns/respawns for orks.

  7. I think that would only be justified if orks die quicker then the others
    And no one wants this! (Only SM fan boys :p)

    We could have other tools to simulate our numbers
    Painboys could stomp dead orks to lower the spawn time for currently dead orks for the nearest spawnpoint
    The ork warlord could have an ability to act as a temporary spawn point
    Squad leaders could have the same mechanic when waaagh is going on

  8. Well that's not entirely true as the only way to balance it.

    It'd more be justified if every faction had some unique abilities, probably done through wargear or some such, and I don't think orks are the only ones who should have such wargear options either that influence the respawn timer. Both perhaps to extend respawn duration with racial bonuses, or reduce with penalties, you almost create mini elites that way with more variety player to player.

    I like these ideas though, as well as the idea that if you kill someone in close combat as an ork you get a free spawn token or timer, can't remember which madboyz (clever gitz) had that but it would encourage proppa orky waaagh'ging

    i'm no ork (but i'm blue/green so maybe a little?) but I wonder about unique mechanics for you guys. Orks are stronger the 'older' or more they fight yeah? again, i may be wrong but through near death, healing and general battle survival would make you guys hardier and provide you with momentum.

    Also i'd like to see you guys get something from every corpse, like rummaging and taking bits of 'umie parts that you can use (like that rogue trader option for 'umie chestpiece),
  10. Looting dead enemies for armor, ammo and random buffs for your weapon would me my idea (only for current life)
    The more they fight they get stronger this way
