I like, lore fitting, noob friendly, opens up new strategies, adds the "fodder" orks without requiring someone to be "fodder".

I was thinking about something like this a while back, would definitely like! Maybe the basic armor would give sth like 50% respawn timer reduction?

Though just having basic armor with timer-reduction would still allow you arm yourself to the teef so your idea is better because timer reduction would be linear with lack of equipment, +1 this! Personally when attacking I would definitely rather attack 3 times with a basic slugga boy than once with a 'ardboy
