I will most likely play Orkz as at least one of the character's. I also intent to buy the game. So as a premium ork...i have no problem with the f2p ork boyz getting power and being on equal footing. I would like something to distinguish us. Like nob size being a premium only feature. Other then that its just more boyz for the WAAAAAAAAAAGH....and space marines getting their shines metal butts handed to them.
And what about IG when comes out around 2016, will be like that too? Only time will tell. gives a f2p choice of good guys and bad guys factions.
It's probably a good idea. Even if they don't buy the whole game, if they understand they can go through the whole Ork progression they might lay down some cash for stuff.
I hope that the free to WAAAAAAAAAAGH players get a experience like planetside 2. Put your time in, don't spend dime and be right up there with the paid players. Give a good fun experience to the free players so they stay and make it more fun for all.
You start with the ork boyz. The new info is that you can "unlock" the ork faction by playing. From what i understand you can play other ork classes if you've played enough and unlocked it.
So, it's confirmed that orks are essentially the 'F2P' faction? That kinda sucks. There goes my incentive to make an ork character...
If that is the case then I for one don't need to pay a single Dime to play this game. But I think the OP is wrong. after watching the video again, He says boyz will be able to progress. that does not mean all the classes in the faction are free to pay. it can be either way its very vague what he said.
