The Thallax complied with the order and grabbed the case that was carried before, holstering the chainswords and picking up the Hellgun of Thoren to respect his death, a gesture the Mechanicus Warmachine learned by the Kroot named Cha'ka. "Ready to hold ground or evacuate, whatever you order, Squad Leader." It replied monotonous to the Torturer.
Davarus: "Regroup with Phoebus and establish a firing position. Mow them down in the name of the Emperor. My team is headed to deal with the Corsair captain. Purge the heretic..." With that Davarus began to follow Drax as he made sure Hall still breathed steadily.
Loki simply sent an affirmative click over the vox and shut down the channel before turning to Thallax. "Alright, you heard the Acolyte. Stay close and inform me of the enemy movement. I'll lead us towards the Lamenter," he ordered, using the only display he had on his helmet that showed exact position of each Retinue member. Quickly, he moved down the corridor with his sword in hand, towards the other team's position. Whatever is coming, the Torturer didn't fancy his chances of meeting this enemy in a narrow hallway outnumbered 25 to one. Especially that if those intruders looked same as they smelled, he reckoned those mutant corpses he left behind might began to stir as well...
<Cha'ka> "Asleep? It is time to leave team, the others have encountered some Mandrakes, and have taken casualties. We are going to move to reinforce and assist them." The Kroot keyed his vox unit to Davarus's channel. "Davarus, this is Cha'ka, the slave pens are full of sleeping half-bodies. We found nothing worthwhile here, so we are moving to assist your team, Cha'ka out."
Drax stomped on one of the mandrakes heads and picked his stormbolter up and cliped it to his belt "davarus pass him hear" as he spoke he motined at hall "are you any good with hand flamers"

The way is free (for now) The Thallax followed Loki as quick as the Torturer moved himself, quite impressive for a human who should have been quite tired after a combat like that. "All enemies are behind us, they seem to come from the Haemonculus Laboratory itself."
OOC:Are the slaves still alive or dead? "Chaka, we need to at least take some of them with us" she replied "We need to rescue a few at least and then let's kill all the DE scum so they don't become a problem later" She threw some of the slaves on some sort of trolley, primed a melta to go off as soon as she pressed the trigger and then legged it out of there-one hand on the handle the other on her bolt pistol.

- Virgil Virgil appeared from an adjacent corridor, having not followed Davarus. Instead Virgil had let his senses wander the ship. But that will be explained in more detail a little later. Virgil began to channel power into his force staff. Chanting a prayer to the God-Emperor. As Davarus and the space marine Drax approached, the horde at their back, Virgil unleashed a force bolt into the heart of the mass. Using a similar technique he used against the Tech Abomination "Messiah." It smashed into one of the lead creatures, igniting in warp sparks. A light shockwave was produced, stunning those closest to the hit creature. This did not stop them, but it at least slowed them down. 'Perhaps I should use a different strategy against these horrors. Warp fire? That would be far to dangerous. Maybe a mind blast, do they have minds?' Virgil decided to wait for Davarus' orders and made to follow the astarted, firing another force bolt as he went.
