Nodded at at the request to be put into ceremonial robes, however he looked down at his Ignatus pattern armour and sighed, nothing made him feel more righteous then wearing the very armour he was adorned with the day he became a crusader for the Ordo. He straightened his posture and turned around to walk out towards his quarters thinking of how to present himself, he was a crusader after all and needed to be equipped for his role. Upon arriving he entered and went straight to his small personal armoury which consisted of 3 Helmet all of a different Pattern, A Plasma Pistol and finally His own Power Sword. He pulled out a large crimson robe "This should do" he thought to himself as he unequipped his current attire and placed on the robes, He pondered a question 'why cant i have the armour atop the robe but cover the armour to make it look presentable?' he smiled and did so, placing the Ignatus power armour on once more he smiled and looked at himself to make sure he was ceremonial in his robe and armour. "This does well...i wonder how much blood will be spilt on it in these coming days?" he asked himself with a chuckle before walking back towards the room noting everyone talking about the Income and expenses of the planet which bored him greatly he simply stood there awaiting a certified note upon his and the Astartes role, after all he was made for combat not for feasts same for the Astartes and Sororitas. He noticed the Lieutenant asking for his chance to speak and remained quite for his question was not of great importance.
Finally satisfied with his uniform he made his way to the hangar bay to wait for the others. No need to loligag in his quarters. His boots made a crisp clicking sound as he marched through the corridors in the direction of the hangar. He lit another cigar and smoked as he walked, all manner of crew giving him a wide berth. Before entering the hangar he snuffed out the remains of his cigar, he didn't want to explode before even making it down to the surface! Maintainence crews and nameless serfs worked tirelessly making the aircraft ready for the Inquistor and his Retinue to travel to Ulm (I believe that's the right one). The only ones to notice the Commissar walking through the hangar were the two Armsman that had carried his trunk. They saluted the Commissar and the senior Armsman responded, "Commissar Rackham your footlocker has been secured as you order. Is there anything else you need?" He could see them shaking so he returned the salute, "No that is all. Return to your work." And with that he entered the Aquila Lander and waited for the others.

The priest attempts and fails to look at the astartes "might I ask what material your robes are made out of marine robes seem so durable " The priest meanders about offering blessings and spiritual cleaning a slightly hushed conversation with a officer who stumbled into the room " yes I- do -fer l-ve advice"

Took note of the inquisitors comment towards the Lieutenant and so went to ask his question "Inquisitor, I ask what myself and the Astartes purpose is...Shall be escort for yourself and the other officers?" he asked as he looked around at each of the members in the room. He was an expert communicator, with machine spirited. He could compose the most beautiful of limericks, in binary. And he was definitely not afraid of crowded large spaces... That was a lie. Prax was sweating what could only once have been engine oil. Lucky for him, his heavy Mechanicum robes made it unlikely any saw this. Smelling was another matter entirely. The Aspiring Techsorcist had done missions like this before, he had hoped there would be no more. "Inquisitor." Prax spoke in a synthesized raspy voice. "Will my presence be necessary at the banquet? What machine spirites require my tending? Will their be pie? Will dancing be required? 010011010110010101!?" Finishing that last bit in tech speech, steam fuming from his hood opening. He appears to have had over heated.
@Uriel1339 "Oh great inquisitor I dont really have ceremonial clothing for back on catachan you'd be lucky to get passed the age of 10" as he smiles and ribs his head you can see he has chewing tobacco "do you still need my presents with all of you even without and ceremonial guard?" As hes speaking he makes sure his vest covers his tatto and tries to look more presentable "and should we leave our guns aboard or....?" As he says or he is holding his catachan fang and shrugging
"Of course Inquisitor". The Lieutenant let the rest of the retinue ask more mind dulling question about a dinner, most of these people were acting as if they were going to commit Exterminatus. We are just going to a bloody dinner. Some had actual concerns, like if the catachan was needed, or if there will be Pie at the party... Concord came back from his trance as soon as he had processed what the Tech priest said. Well not what he had said, but that he was even here to say it. Perfect timing. "Excuse me Tech priest....Prax is it? I need your presence here, when you are done talking to the Inquisitor." Concord said before the Inquisition could reply.
