  2. Orks can survive the harshest climates. Even Death Worlds can't stop their spores from growing, with the exception of volcano worlds. So long as there is earth they can grow.

  5. The only way to effectively end an Ork infestation is with fire, burning the spores as they're released. Which is why Volcano worlds are the only ones they can't grow on and why the Salamanders are the most effective chapter at killing Orks.

Unfortunately for the puny 'Umies of the Imperium, they don't seem to like being efficient, and fight Orks with bolters and chainswords, which only help spread the spores better, because Orks release huge amounts at times of death or critical injury.

  6. Thats why flamethrowers are the best answer when dealing with orks.. Buttttt There is a better way then sending in the Salamanders to deal with Orks. Perform Exterminatus
  7. At the cost of the planet, of course. Salamanders are the best answer that doesn't involve leaving behind a big pile of glass.

  8. Some Planets are better having Exterminatus performed, Then have to sacrifice thousands of the Emperors Soldiers
  9. You say that like the Imperium actually cares about extracting their soldiers and civilians before Exterminatus is performed.

Sergeant Merrick has words for you.
