The recruitment sub forums is for people to find guilds/ strike forces to join up with when the game launches it will probably be more prevalent when there is actively playable strike force action.

No, I mean the recruitment mechanic in the founder sheet.

Somebody buys a founder's pack and enters in your founder's code, giving you both a few extra points.

Its not running yet.
Find a guild, ask them to be apart of their guild, they will write down your name somewhere, when the guild section is open, the rest will be sorted out.

Also Like 9 out of 10 Guilds Seem to have an eijin forum, so perhaps join that
