Non-jetpack Close Combat Units

I see what you're saying but I didn't find this to be a problem at all, tactical and devastator marines could quite easily kill incoming assault marines if they used proper techniques with a good skill base too. It was all a matter of practice and learning to overcome situations and I tend to find things like that make a game fun. So for me on the PS3 version of Space Marine I saw a lot of variety in the classes and it wasn't assault/raptor dominated.

    In response to the second part I think they'll balance non jetpack assault players well. assault marines with jetpacks will probably be more vulnerable to ranged fire and will be like they are in the game Space Marine whereas ones without jetpacks may be slightly more resistant than the tactical marines in Space Marine as their main attack weapon is melee.

    That suck on SM because player play ffa and nobody take the time to cover other ppl ... When you play in team ( even 2 ) jetpack units die like the rest and are not a problem. MMO is make to play in team, Dev don't have to take 1 vs 1 or ffa case into account and only focus on class and group synergy.
