Dude! Yes! I might even be willing to pay to watch that lol. Have you considered extending this idea to a general clan v clan challenge? Even if you don't do the current GvG system, you should still be able to queue two teams of 15 at roughly the same time to get the desired results (aside from a few innocent PuG bystanders).
We asked the Orks awhile ago to join in. Got a great response but no one to help me set up the Ork side of things. Just a lot of eager Orks.

Let's do it. The rulez: Destroy the enemy tank via explosives. Prevent the enemy team from completing the circuit. Everyone brings Melta Bombs and Krak grenades. No other anti-tank weapon may be used. Everyone must switch to knife and pistol or melee. Goal 1: Board the top of friendly vehicles. Goal 2: Board the enemy vehicles while in motion. Goal 3: If you survive destroy the enemy in close combat. Goal 4: If you die or fall off, reach a bridge to jump back onto a vehicle. It doesn't matter which one.
