I bought my "Captain pack" on the day they released it at 4pm standard and I am not worried. Every start up has problems. Folks, if you are that upset about it, ask for your money back and get the fuck out of the forums. There could be a 1000 captains packs out there. Unless I missed some message stating exactly how many heresy packs and captains packs were sold, be patient and let them do their jobs. Its not even a finished game anyway. Just wait till the feedback comes in from the game play. Some of you will be bitching and complaining its imbalanced and looks rough..... Well of course it is!! Call me a fan boy, thats fine. I have faith in this team and this game up until the day the servers shutdown or the game is so terrible it cant even be played. That moment has not come.

If you started as Sergeant but accumulated enough RTP you reached the Captain level, DOI, Xenos, etc. Within Wave 1 we have Xenos, DOI, Captain. Within each of these groups we're sorting by date/time which is why some people who purchased at a later date are getting in first. Don't worry, you will all be in very soon. We're hoping to start bumping it to a couple thousand a day. Originally it was going to be a month between waves, that doesn't exist anymore. As fast as we're getting keys we're getting you in - we did 300 invites 2 hours ago, and we'll be doing 500 more in the next couple of hours. Fear not, I will slaughter you all very soon.
