@NoahWard Hope you're having a good day Noah! I was hoping to catch an answer from you about the possibility of using assets the game already has to make a Mark 8 pattern power armor chest piece. The mark 3 armor chest piece we have right now looks like this: when mark 3 armor is supposed to look like this: It has no gorget, but another set of armor does! The mark 8: The relic mark 3 comes with a few extra bits attached, and for it to keep its gorget makes sense. It's a relic, being used in combat. The last thing its user needs is to die from a stray shell hitting the chest and ricocheting up into the helmet. Is it possible the gorget could be removed and incorporated into one of the other chest pieces to make a mark 8 torso? Also, on the subject of the Sternguard bolter, I noticed the wolf priest still has the old model with all its golden accoutrements: Whereas it loses some of those on everyone else: Is there any chance we could see the return of the golden skull and laurels, scope-top laurels, golden scope studs and cabling sometime?
I love the original ALL BLACK Sternguard. Since the paint was changed to match the Chapter I've never equipped it. The all black looks bad ass and as noted, the new versions are missing bling.
While we're fixing the Sternguard, it still has the old ammo total, making it have double the ammo a non-premium drum-mag boltgun does.
On that note, the Chaos Bolter that Screams has a box mag modeled, but the weapon itself only carries the default number of rounds.
