The summary of this is that halo's are too expensive making them useless compared to a combination of cheaper items. Here is the follow-up images to support claim.
It's been pointed out many times. You are 100% correct but they've been completely silent on this matter. It also applies to Relic armor. The issue isn't only the LP cost but the usage as well. We have enough +armor equipment, Halos need functionality not more stats. Negate first 2 shots of damage every minute, negate one instant kill damage source every 3-4 mins. etc Or 50% less dmg from sources of plasma. Just random ideas but Halos should wqork in this manner, not just 40+ armor! 60 armor! etc.
Supports are hit the hardest by their high LP cost wargear. And yes, the Iron Halos and their equivalents are too damn expensive for what little they give. Same for the armors, to be honest.

I'd only agree with you on the relic armor as it is way too expensive for it's perks. The artificer is definitely useful for its value.
Some veteran items are more useful than others, the extra toughness on the gobs for example are reaaaaally good because the Orks start with 50 extra health (retarded buff btw) but the problem is that armor is completely and totally over priced right now. It costs muuuuuch more than health and yet doesn't do much more because of the long TTK that guarantee you'll loose all your armor before killing someone most of the time and because of the sheer abundance of heals in the game. Which is even more detrimental to SMs since it seems to be their theme.
