Losing Cosmedics?

    Hi I just made room for my Eldar and I noticed I lose cosmetic's I once had are now I must rebuy them?
    I do have others I paid for unlocked but I know for fact I paid for The Knights Azure shrine as well as The Sun Blade and now they are for 10,000 rtc. I know I paid for them once. I am not sure who to ask for were to post for help other then ask the team so if their is a forum to go to please send me or the name of a staff member I can ask for help but I know I paid for these befor and I just need help to get them back.

    Press FAQ at the top right and it'll bring you to Customer support. Submit a ticket with them and they should help sort this thing out.
