This entirely depends on if the commisar and the incubus kalivex are allied or not. If they're fighting as enemies the Incubus would win. but if their fighting together against a third party.........Commisar's are renowned for their incredible friendly fire skills. The incubus wouldn't stand a chance.
If it is, it's a kick to eldars comparitively fragile glass balls. Honestly, karandras battling a commisar for 17 days? He'd never live it down. ~inside karandras' armor, a conversation ensues with several participants~ "Hey, remember that time you and the commissar fou-" "WE my kin, WE!!!
