Tyranids didn't just pass by the outside, they avoided him as a whole, avoid dragon was the key for the emperor to make the mechanicus and the deceiver is just doing the usual
That's fine, we've got a few of what I like to call 'mythologues' in the back which detail lists of all kinds of forbidden deities and forgotton horrors worthy of worship. Most of them are very low maintenance, requiring only a sacrifice or some occult rituals once a week, so you can really get around and still have plenty of time left over for your favourites. It's a handy variety bag for the cultist on the go, and comes with a complementary self-mutilation kit to help the newer initiates jump right into the fun. It's a steal at just three hundred souls.
And thusly, when Alpharius ordered Alpharius to flank, Alpharius informed Alpharius that he couldn't support Alpharius's 3rd Squad because he was already laying down suppressive fire for Alpharius. [Breakdown of Command Structure Intensifies]
I think that's more to do with the fact that it would be logical for the Tyranids to avoid an insane God-monster that they have no method of killing and wouldn't get anything from anyway because I'm 99% certain that C'tan aren't made of biological matter. It isn't really sufficient evidence to suggest the C'tan are controlling the 'Nids. We don't know this for sure, but it is heavily implied that the dragon killed by the Emperor was a C'tan, so yeah, that's probably true. However, that can't really be called evidence that the C'tan are controlling everything, because the Emperor won there. The Deceiver and Tzeentch cannot possibly be the same being. Warp energy is anathema to the C'tan and vice-versa.
well they cant see cron and ctan sense no presence in the warp, so they just pass by but avoidd means they now and fear whats there Also he didnt kill void dragon, only put him to sleep, he cant kill a ctan on his own
That doesn't seem true, for one the chaos gods would see the "hole" in warp space, so they could track the C'tan by spotting the absence. And seeing as the Crons can't enter the Eye by nature of their nullifying tech, they don't have any real reason to fear them.
no fear is if you go out of your way to avoid, but if they dont know their there (which is most if not all cases) they just pass by
Alpharius has accidentally fired on Alpharius in an unfortunate Alpharius on Alpharius incident, Alpharius is investigating but the only witnesses are Alpharius, Alpharius, and Alpharius so obviously the accounts are unclear. Once Alpharius has finished looking into it Alpharius will make a judgement and either Alpharius or Alpharius will be held accountable for this regrettable incident. Early reports though imply the incident was involving someone not named Alpharius but that's just crazy talk.
