It would seem so Eldar kinda intimidate me, they are old as hell and seem to have a pretty steep lore! and i'm even less familiar with the DE

Dark Eldar are totally comedic and easy to do. It's hard to do them serious. I just want more Eldar action... There is only 1 RP running, while there are like 4 Astartes-based RPs out there XD

That is true, hmm. Well if, if i can manage to balance five rps, i think i'll give that a shot!

Lol ask me about it.... :X Anyway, I know IG RP is quite desired here but they always seem to fall apart for whatever reason. I liked @Donairian 's but it just had too little player-decision for my taste, so interest loss was inevitable (for me anyhow)
