More like normal profiles and normal prices but with a few new named characters and no command benifit
have a quick rundown of them so far:

    Zcreew AP
    Eternal armor:
A model with this special rule gains the eternal warrior special rule, does not follow the rules for AP as normal, instead if the AP on the weapon causing the wound is enough to Ignore the armor save instead take a -1 modifier on the armor save instead.

if the weapon has the AP1 or S: D the save is automatically reduced to a 6+ armor save that can be taken dispite the D weapon rules stating otherwise.

    Zcreep your commanders saves!
    The harp of time.
Changing the flows of time, is childs play for the Sacarelica's high chronomancer and with few notes on her harp time and space bends to the will of the cryptek

Each phase, the cryptek is still on the board holding this relic you may chose a singel roll to ad or subtract 1 to. this may be done after the roll has been made. This also involves enemy rolls.

Zcreew the removed from play option
    Reality anchor:
This model ignores results that counts as "Removed from play" instead takes an aditional wound from the result that does allow for saving throws to be made normally.

This does also allow normal Reanimation protocol for S:D weapons.

BS 5 armys for all near a Overlord.
    Sacarelica Up link
Any model with this special rule relays its special rules to all freindly Necron units within 12" and may use the BS and WS of the Overlords/named charaters instead of their own profile within 12".
They do not relay this special rule to other necrons.

    Fantasy Rending
    The touch:
Any wounds caused by this model gains a -1 modifier to all saves

    Cheese overload:
    Sacarelica RISE UP!:
All Necron models with the reanimation protocol special rule on its datasheet that has been removed as a casualty may make a Reanimation roll and if they succed they will return to their units. This cannot take units above their starting size.

    Gods amongst mortals:
This unit cannot be locked in combat and will always count as having won combat for the sake of making sweeping advance rolls.

    joke rules:

    Power of the Toaster:
All gauss weapons with this special rule can decide to replace their range with "Template" and count as being flamer weapons. They still use their original S and AP.

    Electro overload.
every tesla weapons that makes to hit rolls of 5+ gains a single extra hit, making no effect on the rolls of 6 for the regular tesla rules.

    Disco mania
All models within 6" of this model must pass a Ledership test or may not attack this phase

    Dramatic entrance:
This model gains Deepstrike Special rule. Place the Large blast marker on top of the models, all enemy models under the marker gets hit by the T of the models counting as S for coursing wounds.

My ideal books are anything that isn't Space Marines. Not to say the Astartes aren't interesting in their own right, but I find the perspectives of people who aren't super soldiers wearing tank plating into battle more interesting. Especially since the material relating to life in the 41st millennium off the battlefield is pretty limited. The Eisenhorn and Ravenor series do a great job of giving some insight into both the Inquisition and what the citizens of the Imperium are up too when some alien monster isn't trying to rip their spine out through their eye sockets. Gaunts Ghosts is also good for an average joe perspective on the battlefield.

In summary, ideal books= moar not bolter porn lore plz.

Ideal 40k books/stories should be about marines dying horribly in Chapter-crippling droves while X faction gets a chance to shine by being the ones who beat the plotarmor out of the bald bastards.

And no pyrrhic victories for the X faction/race that appears, just make it hard fought but a decisive victory. That means no Eldar with "But at what cost" bullshit. No Orks winning but their Warboss dies bullshit. Nor Tau having -another- no named Ethereal die just to take a shit on their fanbase, or Chaos losing far more marines than the loyalist scum.

So, Imperium being horribly rekt books. I'd buy 'em.
