Since faction leaders will be picked "diplomatically" by a vote I'm wondering if picking a player or a group of players for Orks will work. Orks literally have no word for "diplomacy" in their language. Should Warlord be picked by whichever player is most elite in battle by statistics? Or will we pick by having a faction-wide mosh pit? What do you guys think should be the method of picking Warbosses or a Warlord?
