  1. they all field all of the stuff.
all the klans are is a mind-set. and a focus of specific troops.

But on the actual topic of this thread, I'd say that nobs should be there to give buffs to normal Ork Boyz. Perhaps they'd be the source/initiators of the Waaagh! mechanic, or just general buffs to any ork boyz within a certain radius of him. This gives him an individual role that serves an important function, while only decreasing his mobility.

A gods idea for ground based nobs is an ability ,from which I got the idea from krol'jas' stories , WOTZ ME GUTZ DOIN OVA DERE ?! This ability allows a ork nob in the downed state to self revive. As imagined it could only be used once per life or have a cool down the likes of which god has never seen to make it balanced. ground nobs should also be somewhat similar to the paladin in WoW giving out buffs while taking a dealing out hits like a boss. Storm boyz should Also have a chance to deal damage to themselves when they crash down. Grounded ork boyz should have also just generally be a bit more tank than storm boyz as a way to make up for the fact they have to run through enemy fire.

The Kult of Speed is part of the evil sunz clan.

No it's not, a lot of the Kult of speed come from the Evilsunz clan as they have the most speed freaks, but it's a cult that has formed separate from any clan.

Oh, you're right. I guess it's like how flash gitz can come from any klan, but the largest amount comes from bad moonz.

It says they band together in their own mobz and warbands, but a clan is a giant gathering of various mobs and warbands.
Even in the quote it said "It's members are speed freeks." and then "Evil Sunz have the most speed freeks." They've obviously associated. It's not like they all fly off into the bowels of space to find other people that like riding buggies. It's mobs and warbands formed within the clan, certain clans just have a higher predilection towards certain oddboyz.

Yes the Speed Freaks band together in their own Clan BUT the Kult of Speed is a clanless/multiclan cult/club that exists with members of all clans.

So my point is proven and accurate, the Kult of Speed is a Clanless cult that has speed freaks from all clans, Evilsunz producing the most members due to having the most speedfreaks.

My main point is that when you said:

earlier you were being unfair to the diversity of the ork clans. Because all clans have aspects to the various special groups like that because they spawn in all clans. Kommandos come from all clans, just like Speed Freeks and Tankbustas and Stormboyz.
It's not drawing from all clanz and it's not drawing from some clanless organization, it's drawing from the Speed Freeks within the Goffs clan, even through they're not renowned for it.
