To my knowledge with other factions you level up and become more influential in the chain of command. With orks as you work your way up to been da meanist warboss eva. Will your character model grow bigger and bigger as you make progress? Or will there be a hero character that is a warboss?
Pretty sure they said no to growth (extra animations and what not) but I would imagine the cosmetic rewards will make you look more boss like (Boss pole maybe?) As for hero classes I wouldn't be surprised as I'm sure Mega Armor Nobz are in so Warboss hero wouldn't be to out of the question.
