Hi! Won a key for Eternal Crusade but I am not sure where I can use it? Anyone knows where I can put the code/key somewhere? It wouldn't work under registration so my guess it was not to be placed there. Thanks!
In the Join the War tab, you should look at your Founder Sheet. From there, on the left side there should be "My Packs", you apply your winnings to your account there. I think.
If you know what level you won try adding it to your cart. Start the checkout process and when you get to the place order tab look in the middle of the form. In the Payment Info section should be a coupon discount: To the right is an edit button (box with pencil in it) click that. Enter your code into the text box that appears. If the code is good it should deduct the dollar amount from the total and you can finish the checkout process. After all that you have to go to your packs and apply the pack to your account.
I got it from Polaris, they had a twitter contest and Polaris is or should be rather reliable, yet they have only used the word "Key" and never anything else. So I am not really sure where to use it. Tried to take the cheapest one but it did not seem to work. ;/

Hexatar its a little hard to read white on these forums so you might want to use another color. As for the coupon like Joram said it sounds like its already been used but double check it and try entering it again if you still get the same message they might have already given it out and sadly it is no longer valid.
I didn't mean to make the color white the whole comment thing turned blue and I was not sure what was going on. Got response from Polaris and I am supposed to take a Warrior's pack and do what you told me above but as it seems it has indeed already been used. ;/
