I'm asking because the patch notes say we are supposed to receive 20k RTC and i have not recieved it. Is it not yet disbursed or do i need to submit a ticket?

We all got (another)20k last week - it just looks like they're giving it again due to the way they've updated the old patch notes.

There are patchnotes for the last 2 patches on Steam... only todays patch is missing.
