  1. Nicely done... except those quad guns... EC is not supposed to be only Infantry vs Infantry, it never was. I hope they will change quad-guns, not getting them away totally. Now its the only way Eldar can succesfully defend for the first minutes :confused::confused:

    Launch generally means that it's fresh. If there's about 400,000 people with a headstart, it might be viewed by potential new people as not being worth their time because they're going to get their ass handed to them potentially.

    Speaking personally, I'd be less interested in picking up a new game that is at the end of the day a shooter if I knew I was going to get crushed by lots of people who all have better gear than me and better unlocks.
  3. Some feedback on the rokkit launcha after using it a bit more.

    At first glance, it seems to hurt a LOT, which is good. However, between it slow travel speed, and random trajectory, you'll never hit anything past 20 meters; and if there's any enemy paying attention inside of that range, the 1.5 seconds charge-up will ensure that you won't ever get to fire. Then if you add the very limited ammo capacity... Those are crippling drawbacks, and they may be alright if you were guaranteed to one-shot anyone with a direct hit, which sadly doesn't seem to be the case.

    Speaking of damage, it seems quite low against vehicles. Not "I'm only scraping your paint" low, but still underwhelming. Obviously it should take the beamy deffgun's place, but on the TT rokkit launchas are THE range anti-armour option for Orks, so it feels "wrong" to do that little damage.

    I think the current damage with the previous mechanics (no charge-up time, but longer reload) could make it actually viable. They're not assault weapons on the TT for nothing.
  4. -Plasma Pistol overcharged shot is broken. I can charge the shot, but then I don't see the shot leaving my pistol, and then there's a huge delay as far as when the explosion from the invisible plasma blob impacts on target. Come to think of it I don't think I'm seeing Plasma Blobs from PCannon or Pgun.

  5. -New banners need better explanations. What exactly does this banner do in %. Melee damage increase by how much? Please not the x .97, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Shows us the breakdown in whole numbers or %. Toughness buff banner... How much toughness? What's the radius of the buff? How many players can be effected?

    -Do banner buffs stack with other squad leader buffs? i.e. If two squad leaders are standing next to each other which buff is applied to any non squad leader players nearby?

    -What's the difference between the two new Apothecary healing stations? The explanation on the UI for each seems similar. How are these items different, the exact breakdown in %, duration of each station, heal per second?

    New players will expect release to be release.

    It'll probably be beta-like state for at least few months, still all release formalities should be met.

    If you want easy Legendary achievement for faction you know you won't play often, then yes, 2 evenings for rank 5.

  7. -Status of Ork Shield for Slugga Boy? If the Ork shield is going to be weaker than Astartes shield, how does the Slugga boy outshine the Shieldbros?

    -Copper Weapons still not showing up, nor the Golden Fixxa, the Chaos Morningstar/Litany of Wrath, etc.

    Can confirm charged and over-charged Plasma Cannon shots do not appear.

    It wold be nice if the descriptions in the advancement tree stated if the unlock was a trinket, slot 1 war gear etc
  10. My guess would be lower loadout points cost so they can pimp their other stuff more.
