    So I'm already hearing good things about the hotfix so that's great news.

    Also, consider adding the ability to control the Starswarm missiles similar to how the Starshot missile can be controlled. It's great fun already, but the Starswarm is in this weird state where it bounces between being way too OP or UP in both cases not really filling a role because it's incredibly inaccurate. I'm finding that the guided single shot is excellent at killing a target in cover. It's hard to do but extremely fun. The swarm on the other hand is highly inaccurate and almost painful to use. It's a great template for an Ork Rokkit launcher that might get bigger AoE, but not for Eldar. This thing seems like it would be really good at getting enemies off ledges and out of windows from far away, complimenting the role of the temptest launcher without either one overshadowing the other. Also, this weapon seems to be the only Flakk weapon in the Eldar arsenal. It would make sense for these weapons to be player guided in order to ground JPAs since Eldar seem to be very vulnerable to them... For now.

    I spent the last weeks very concerned about the development of the game bitched (progress) .Möchte me hereby apologize and look forward to the game and, of course, understand the tough development process.
    In principle, I'm just offended that I did not have such a good Pchabe like most players and therefore the ingenious game can not enjoy.
    Hope that changes this year ....
    For the Emperor and a new Pc :)

  5. After the hotfix, i am not sure if it has corrected hitmark problem.

    I still have problem about hit connecting, but this problem appear mostly during heavy melee encounter when you have 4-5 assault JP meeting. It happens that 3 hit on the back do not inflict any damage.

    Yeah, and before this patch it was "everyone is a chapter master" so hopefully soon we'll get people down to a more reasonable level.

    Both the SC & TLSC should be much more accurate now, there will be a further fix in either the next hotfix or the next full patch (which will be next week or else many tears will be shed).

    Fire Dragons got a big improvement this patch by making the melta weapons far easier to aim. We'll watch the metrics but I suspect they need to be bumped up.

    If Dire Avengers don't get good with the next round of fixin', we'll buff them again (damage and/or mag). So convince all Eldar to play them terribly and we'll just keep buffing them, then come launch you can reveal your evil plan and crush everyone.

    This is one of my biggest fears...with all the bling bling stuff from rogue trader i foresee everyone looking as a veteran and using veteran weapons on normal loadouts a few months past launch,i hope that your plan for most of the people playing tacticals with bolters still true,right now tactical boltguy is the least inviting class to play and it should be the "best" option for most situations or at the very least the most viable if not the best

    This patch has had a number of huge changes to make ranged better at actual long range (40+ meters) so your side should have a much easier time killing people before they get close. We will continue improving this of course, with weapon mods and further accuracy tuning making a big difference.

    At 10-15 meters melee will pretty much always dominate (and I'd argue that's appropriate to the setting), so the trickiest part is making short-range weapons like shuriken catapults feel valuable at the 20-40m range without annihilating melee's chances.
