"Y-y-you must be joking... I am the blind f-f-f-fool... T-t-t-toy and s-s-s-slave of everyone.... Is this some sort of mockery?" The man started to cry softly, Meron could only hear it because of his increased senses and special training. This man seemed no good.... Until... "A-a-armory.... l-l-left...." He said between his sobs.
Cryos moved quickly put his hand over the cultists mouth and then he slit his throat and then crushed the pistol Hand so that he couldent shoot or warn the others
The man was dead instantly and luckily no one was with him. Cryos saw the room was not the armory, but the first barracks of many. There was a table with six chairs, beverages and food sitting there, a tunnel going straight vertical on the left, perhaps with a ladder that allows to move from level to level. On the right was a horizontal hallway that would perhaps lead him deeper into the facility.
"You are a tool, but you are no fool. You have potential and our Master has seen it. You shall be my voice and thus his hand. Go to the Armory and rig up as many explosives as possible. Then call all his Astartes together, bring them in and tell them to await the audience of the Lord. He wishes to make an example of the traitors in his midst, neither of us may do this as it will arouse suspicion and doubt in the rest of the covens hearts. We can't have that can we? "
"O-o-of course not...." The man answered and rose, starting to walk out of the darkened room which by now Meron could guessed was some sort of torture house or something, why else would it be dark? Most likely the cultist was so deformed from just telling his voice and reactions that nobody wanted to look at him.
"Meron to Overwatch. We have ourselves a pawn, I've sent one of the fools to the Armory to rig it up with explosives and gather their renegade Astartes there. Going to see about luring the Primary Target down there as well. If not we'll have a damned fine explosion and our target will be short his heavy hitters. " Meron peered outside, quickly retreating within to avoid a nearby patrol. "Our Pawn will make a fine scape goat as well if things go south. Standing by. "
"Well done Meron, lets hope the pawn doesn't know its a trap" thinking thatnit was a good plan but still there were possible scenarios no one could account for, that goes for every plan. 'Meron would make a good leader' he thought to himself as Tyranous kept an eye on the walls for any suspicous movement... "Cryos what is your position?"
"Overwatch to Meron. Any ideas how to set off the charges?" Gylthran asked, keeping his sniper rifle steady, seeing nothing too much out of the ordinary, just the patrols taking their walks, some being faster, others slow. "Overwatch to Kill-Team. It seems patrol change is imminent for the second watch. Men are yawning and slowing down while new, fresher men seem to take positions."
"I'll have the Pawn do it or chuck a grenade in there myself. Either way keep an eye out for the Astartes, moment they're all gathered up we're going to need to move quick as I doubt they'll stay in place forever. Roger that on the patrol change, can confirm. Guidance requested, I'll try to get inside Priority Targets tower after Pawn returns. "
The Pawn fiddled and did gather all the things he required. From his current position, Meron could see a single Astartes taking guard of the compound as he came out of the opposite building, a little room more likely, next to the Drawbridge. Perhaps he was the operator of it? Nonethless he started to make his way for the darkened room where the Pawn resided in earlier.
