What do they do? I dont want to pay extra points without the slightest hint what I am paying for. I have the master crafted kannon (should be dead shiney cause orks) the ded shiney choppa, the dead shiney shoota, ect... Literally the only difference in the wording is for the shoota, with a .18 spread instead of .2 And for that alone aparently, it costs 100 more loadout points. These weapons NEED the different descriptions in them. The special named weapons have no problem telling you what they do, or they are easy to figure out, for example the ork special dakka gun fires like an autocannon. Enough with the veiled stats, we want to make informed decisions, not just equip the shiney choppa on word of mouth that "it feels more damaging" There is no reason to keep the stats secret.
In a way I kinda like the hidden treasure version. I like figuring out what does what. I knkw I'm a minority on that though.
There is no hidden stats. The items have not been allocated shit. Go test it on tyranids in garrison. You'll only see it does nothing. They need to do a shit load of work on the items and UI tbh
Mastercrafted ranged weapons typically have less recoil/bloom and shows it on the stat. Whether or not it's worth 100 points is debatable, but I can feel the difference on a Dead Shiny Shoota vs a normal Shoota for sure.
Stats should never, ever be hidden. It's fucking retarded that's even a thing. Every single difference in the performance of a weapon should be shown, or if a mod/attachment has a specific ability, it should show in the description.
Almost every Mastercrafted weapon I've seen. There are a few with less recoil...but really bro? you gonna call a gun with better recoil mastercrafted? lmao. Also these are supposed to be the top tier items players are supposed to get without spending RTC. Yet they look like a very subtle re-skin at best, the same at worst. I really worry for this game's future given how little you can currently customize your char...among other issues.
