The Banshee, deep within her war-mask, stayed silent as a shadow. Her footsteps were lithe and inaudible as the blue hair-like filaments of her helmet floated around the low-gravity environment. She had her shuriken pistol at the ready, and her blade cracked silently with azure energies ready to counter-attack any incoming enemies. Her mind was in silence, all emotions gone. She was a tool, an extension of the Bloody Hand and no more.
En'rad was at his room , meditating , while waiting for the return of his friends from his mission , he travels within his own mind , look for some answers to some of his questions
Teras stalked along just a short ways behind Zu'ark. His attention was split between watching the ceiling and those passages they already passed by making sure nothing was stalking along when they were looking away. He had stowed his rifle in the tight confines and drew his Direblade, steps silent as he stuck as near to the walls without splitting passages in them.
OOC: I might be extreme slow and barely posting today - got some stuff to get done on the one friday I actually work instead of having off lolz
"If it comes down to melee it seems I must rely on you." Zu'ark commented with a whisper - the silence making him feel uneasy, yet it was understandable. He hoped the enemy would not lurk to long and that the group would remain calm. Some less experienced Eldar Warriors can become quite.... Tensed in situations where the enemy does not show directly and it is even worse if it is either the Great Devourer or the Daemons of the Warp. After the stories of what happened to Iyanden and with the constant reminder of the Eldar fall, it was not hard to be at least anxious to face either enemy - even more so if you are moving in a small force such like this was.
"That's the point of being in reserve hmm? I'll fill in the gaps in melee while you bring the extra fire power. " Teras replied in a tone betraying his own paranoia. "How are things looking ahead anything 'off'. " His gaze was drawn to more claw marks along the wall and he stopped for a brief second trying to determine their origin.
Elysavar walked beside Saruhai whilst recalling recommended tactics against the forces of the Warp. Destroying the head only works with some certain types of daemons, he muttered, destroy the limbs for added safety.. Some daemons are able to shift through the Warp and appear behind.. Nurglite daemons produce dangerous gases and acids.. Daemons of She Who Thirsts rely on seduction and mind affecting smells.. Our weapons will do little to no damage to them, fire must be concentrated at all costs.. Something kept on nagging in the back of his mind - which all things considered should have been impossible, since he had already risen to a state of Battle Lust - and told him that he would fail, no matter what he did. For the first time in several decades Elysavar felt a shiver of paranoia seep into him, "What in the name Khaine is up with this place. It's like its got a mind of its own."
As the Eldar continued down the hallway they noticed more and more signs of battle within. They came to the first side passage; and then they heard something shurrying above, like the sound of rats in an air duct.
Aida turned her head sharply to face the source of the sound, but her mind quickly discarded it as not a threat.
Zu'ark instantly followed the sound with his Rifle. "All remain calm and silent, perhaps they just go by, whatever they are...." The Shadow Spectre whispered through his Communication device.
