I feel it should do %health on hit so it's good against tanky people. It would ignore armor or only start to do damage when armor is down. Or maybe it should instant kill when armor is gone. At that point one melee swing is enough to almost kill anyways. Wait what? They need to be looking at guild vs guild for gameplay balance. Not win ratio's of pugs. Right now Space marines are impossible to beat guild stack vs guild stack. The apothecary beacons with apothecaries able to fight ranged along with server skull and stalker bolter shenanigans makes facing them extremely difficult on offense or defense. They have shields and gravguns and every possible thing to shut down or destroy anything they could possibly face. A well-coordinated group with people furfilling different roles means they are stronger as a team than another else can be. Other factions might beat a space marine one on one sure but that doesn't happen in team matches which I thought is the focus of the game, and with bolters being too strong it's not likely to happen anymore anyways. As an Eldar I can't add meaningfully to my team's damage as a Dire Avenger like I can with a bolter. I need several support powers to hold a point and I'm fighting on maps that don't favor Eldar's speed. Swooping hawk grenades are still hard to aim and don't have a large enough blast to do meaningful damage. Reaper launcher can't contribute outside of starshot which can't kill tanks as fast anymore either. Banshees have to play like striking scorpions till the get close enough to charge, and Scorpions themselves are best used to defend a point unless you have the stealth stone because people will see you if you try to move to attack anything. The only reasons we have the win-rate we have now is fire dragon melta bomb bundles and our melees attack speed and damage. We can't out-shoot anything and our healing sucks, not that anyone lives long enough to benefit from it and to survive long enough to kill something we have to flank on these maps that can be defended too well or take two buffs from a warlock.
