Yeah, something nice and small, you probably wouldn't even notice it 99% of the time. I would say 7k RTC sounds fair. (Obviously you can only use it on 1 specific gun).
Sorry, that spot is reserved for mods so that your opponent knows you're shooting with 0.2 less degrees of horizontal recoil.
Honestly it's not just the Eldar, the LSMs are pretty meh too. The orks got a ton of cool stuff and chaos got a few high quality gears (like the pauldrons and some of the helmets) but yeah the Eldar lack some options on many classes (the Reaper is pretty cool though)
Devs said sometime ago that prices are going to be changed to something more reasonable and credits returned accordingly. Maybe its something for the next patch?
