Unfortunately, I do not think The Swordwind will make an appearance this weekend. I will ask the captains. The GMs do/did.
Just a friendly notice for NA people: 19.00 at GMT+3 = 11 am CST So WoK is starting first, 3 hours before MYST.
My mistake. That's awesome though, they'll run straight into our event at 2pm. I'm super excited about this one since we might have an overload of people....
I should be available to represent WP. However we had a WP event tonight and we also still have players waiting for an Eldar and FPS improving patch to be released before they play again, so I am not sure how many other WP members will be able to attend.
Wait a few weeks perhaps. I've skipped back to Chaos for the moment while I sort out my lack of skills and it has been more fun than my Eldar outings so far.
Well, if it's any help, today WoK randomly got put into one of our games. We ended up Assaulting Blackbolt together against members of VM, PG, -5th-, and -W40kG-, even though we didn't communicate on any verbal level between the two squads. Here's the result from the perspective of WoK: It can't be seen in the video, but the SM's ran around in a shieldbro train about 6 deep supported by plasma and apothecaries, knowing our weapons couldn't penetrate the shield wall as they lobbed plasma over it. We still won. Proof the Eldar can win games, offensively - on one of the hardest maps to do it on, against a nearly equally organized force. And it's a lot easier the more people you have to group with, even if individual squads are doing their own thing. GG WoK. Please, join the WoK event if you're awake at 11am CT, and/or play through ours at 2pm CT if you have the time, or want to sleep in. All Eldar are welcome.
Alright, so today's 2pm event was a bit of a CF. Lot's of reasons why, but primarily, because we can't make a 10+ warparty (on in today's case, 28 - Jesus, we got that many people? Seriously?) Moving forward I think when it gets that large, we're going to run it differently: Less like a giant warband, and more like a bunch of corsair's kicking the doors in. Thanks to everyone who showed up today. We'll see you in two weeks!
