    Dominating, hehe.

Are you by the way the guy who complained about Orkz being OP every game for 5 games and LSM loses in a row?

I mean, sure, I personally dominate often with 25-40 kills and #1 place being norm, but I do that as all classes at all races.
If you play LSM, then sorry to disappoint you, no one is dominating here but chaos with LSM being 2nd on the list, Eldar 3rd and Orkz 4th.
LSM just happen to have most utter noobs who go for poster boys of wh40k and get their asses handed to them by more experienced players.

God no! Unless I was very drunk. Orks are just target practice ATM. :D Plus I don't play LSM if i can help it.

I complain about actual balance issues like a lot of the Eldar ranged weapons ATM. TTK needs to be toned down on them a bit so it is in line with the other factions as it makes armour and toughness in the game absolutely mute when you have the best armor and toughness gear and can still be downed in a millisecond by most Eldar weaponry. No other weapons TTK is nearly as good unless its a well aimed charged plasma cannon shot to the face at point blank range but at least you still have a chance to dodge that.

And if you still think Eldar are as bad as they were, you might want to look for another faction. As they are now, they are the faction you jump on to if you want some easy wins/high kill count. Not quite as bad as JPA/Raptor's were pre patch but nearly as frustrating.

I didn't play on the latest patch, so I'll keep my mouth shut on balance. ;)

But if dodgeroll IFrames have effectively been remove, I'm not the one complaining. And for the record, I'm playing as Eldar Warlock-to-be-Banshee-until-they're-out. So mainly as an assault troup.
And I think it's a good thing to remove those bloody Iframes: It's quite frustrating for a ranged player to keep shooting at melee specialist that litteraly tumbles and showers in your bullets/shurikens, without getting injured.
And in terms of melee, it's EXACTLY the same! You swing a sword, a fist, a knife, a maul, an axe at someone, he rolls on you, staying at the same place without suffering damage, as he basically didn't care for the bloody weapon that was swung in his face!

So yeah, imo, let the IFrames go, it shall force people to be much more careful with their placements and fighting! :D

Then you are uninformed because there is other threads that break down eldar weapon damage which is all in line. Shuriken have a bit higher damage than bolted up to 8 or 12 m range then the booker is stronger. That is melee range lunge distance.

Brent has stated that chaos wins most matches, then SM, followed by Eldar then Ork.

So again your impressions are not representing how it is.

Eldar aren't really in too bad of a spot as a whole right now. Hawk's Talon, Shuriken Cannon, and Striking Scorpions all do well. Outside of those three weapons, though (yes, Striking Scorpions are weapons. Because they're all tools), Eldar are weaker compared to the other races. Warlock have a weaker heal, with less toughness, and less damage, than a Sorcerer. DA have less toughness than a Tactical and their weapon is weaker outside of melee lunge range. And let's not forget that Swooping Hawks almost exclusively use Hawk's Talon because even their grenades are virtually useless.

The problem is that DA as a whole, Warlock as a whole, and over half of the loadout options for Dark Reapers and Swooping Hawks are just... inadequate. Not bad, necessarily, since you can still net kills with them, but definitely weaker than other options in the game, with the other options considered balanced.

I dont think its a problem specifically with the eldar .... i think its the present very short ttl making ranged weapons ridiculous and all melee suffering, there is no way in load outs to actually "tank up" since spending 400 points buys you like .3 seconds of life. they have been saying they want to up TTL i hope that is reality honestly, it will diminish HB spam, and will help melees have a place again, without fully taking ranged away.

IF dodge come back they make Eldar OP .. atm with his speed and back jump Eldar are dangerosu in melee and not speack about invisible , that if they get you ofguard u die in 1-2 hits..

Stop cry and l2play brah , Eldar is fine in melee

Well just from actually playing, I seem to going down much quicker to Eldar weaponry than any other thing in the game since the latest patch. I also have gotten the highest kill counts I have ever gotten before playing as Eldar. Also from the games I have played for and against since the last patch, Eldar have won most of them pretty easily except on Harkus where they have no real way of tackling fortifications and turrets.

So my impression from actual experience is that they have buffed Eldar weaponry a little too much and I am pretty sure I am not the only one who has noticed that.

I'm not saying in a huge way but the TTK compared to other factions seems a bit too OP so it does get a bit frustrating at times now playing against them compared to other factions. (especially at close quarters like you say and in enclosed areas which you cannot avoid because 99% of objectives are placed inside of buildings).

Eldar need nothing but a good bolter round to the face.
