What lore? Because in 40k, light aspect armor is on pair with power armor while heavy aspect armor is pretty much immune to regular bolter shots without concentrated fire or heavy bolter use.
Even so getting hit by a Bolt round will pretty much knock them off their feet as the impact is rather much like getting hit with an oversized sledgehammer.
That is true, but aspect armor itself will hold. Eldar bodies are fragile, their armor is best in galaxy in the lore. Books aren't exactly the representation of the lore and are extremely inconsistent. Armor is as strong as the writer makes it be, at one time power armor users die to single shot from whatever, others they are fine after being driven over by a tank.
Pretty sure it's beaten by being a Necron, but yeah. Though if we consider what damage can happen IRL if you get shot while wearing armour, getting hit with a Bolt could very well be lethal despite the armour staying intact.
Sure stat wise they have good armor but weak constitution, but i never read any book where eldar where not crying when under fire by SM ... i want a book were eldar shit on them xd
*edit* You know what I'm not touching this with a 10 meter pole. Just like to mention I've not been able to get any Eldar matches (or Ork) so I cant really comment. I think that's a pretty big damn problem. (so many Eldar "skill / Organizashun" jokes, must . . . hold . . .back!)
Fair enough. I am looking for unbiased feedback. I wouldn't have created the thread normally but things just seem to far off this time around, and to me it's noticeable.
Yes my friend. Eldar is so OP, so noone or even skilled teamplaypro players avoid to play it? Faction playerbase couldnot dissapear without reasons...
