That's because it is the symbol for Slaanesh. The exposition on the right explains how this is a fallen, and hence forgotten, Phoenix Lord.
I am aware of that, but no (Craftworld) Eldar in the world, in my book, would go worship Slaanesh You die, it eats your soul. I can see worshipping Khorne, Tzeentch and perhaps even Nurgle - but no Slaanesh for that sole reason. I figured that would be obvious to the guys in this thread - but apparently I was wrong ^^
Those were Dark Eldar - not Craftworlders. And yes I know Phoenix Lords can change allegiance like that too, but I doubt that Phoenix Lords would fall to Slaanesh Levels. Why? Because they are agents of Khaine. And Khaine hates Slaanesh (given he/she/it splittered him into a thousand pieces)
They respect Khaine, not worship him. There are some cults that honor him and what not, but no Eldar really worships the Pantheon anymore ^^ But the DE might see him also quite as a bodyguard, since he was the only one who really fought Slaanesh the moment that thing was born.
The closer thing to a Khaine workship is an aspect warrior, exarchs being the priest/monks of the cult.
Well the incubi do have shrines dedicated to khaine, but then again, they are pretty much a dark eldar aspect warriors
The Incubus Shrines worship Khaine. Exarchs are priests of Khaine, and Harlequins worship the Laughing God. But I think that there are more to acts of worship than praying on one's knees, so that should be borne in mind too As for the rest, I wondered about that too. A long time ago, when dinosaurs walked the Earth, I went to Games Day and I asked Jes Goodwin the question, Do they Eldar still worship their gods? being as they are, well, dead. And he said that he didn't think that worshipped the dead ones as such, but that they did have remembrance for them. As he invented the Eldar he seemed the best person to ask
