unapproved mean "until GW say yes, we can't put them in game even if they are ready"

Tried playing with a buddy as Eldar with the pre patch hype in mind.

Que is.. well there is no que - you cant play as Eldar seeing as probably everyone is playing as Chaos, lul. We waited good 30 mins, even tried solo queing with no result. JUST
