im gonna have to say it really depends on if the ork kills for sport or for a proper scrap if its for a scrap well then that little kiddy might either be ignored however if the ork kills for sport well that kids going to die.
They eat somethings alive. Btw there is a good scene in Rynn's world where a group of orks captured an isolated family and cooked the dad. The way it was set up pretty sure they were gonna eat the rest of the family. They don't do it to be evil though. They just treat all other races like animals.
There was a scene in Space Marine, where Captain Titus and his marines came across a series of bloodied, corpse-strewn hallways. The bodies were mutilated, woman and children a like. Titus said that "Orkz often do this for sport and amusement". So yes, it would seem that Orkz DO stomp weaklings.. But then we have examples of Orkz walking away from people who can't give them good fights, like Kaptin Bluddflagg merely robbing Inquisitor Adrastia blind of her hat rather then killing her. While Okra may be warlike, cruelty and extreme savagery seems to vary from greenskin to greenskin. Orkz do take slaves as well, mainly for hard labor or to entertain themselves by making them fight to the death..
To be fair...they are the other half of the Eldar when you think about it, and the Eldar have pretty much the same attitude.
If'n yerz eatz all the grots then dey dont growz up Big and strong to come back lookin for a revenge scrap , Yerz kill/eat arf of dem , letz a few go soz dey can come back laterz with more friendz and da rest goz in da slave pits/cookin pot for later entertainsment.
Now imagine what you get when nids eat eldar, and the orks then domesticate those hybrids into squigs!!! The master squig race would rule all.
