They would either have them fight squigs in arena pits, eat them, or just be mauled by gretchins. However it really depends on the ork and the clan

How long before those Orks are eliminated for being Un-Orky?

Assuming a normal Ork can take down an Ork with that kind of intelligence.

Depends on which Orks are being Un-Orky. If a Warboss was being Un-Orky and a Ork Boy tried to stop him it'd be a laughable attempt while if it was the other way round it'd still be laughable.

Also just because an Ork has different morals that we agree with doesn't make it more intelligent. Could be just as dim as the others but just more compassionate.
