Is it possible to get old mods you might have gotten rid of early in the game a second time? Since the game really deceives you as a new player when you start out concerning your inventory and the loot chests. You have limited space, 150 slots in your inventory and you might not keep everything you get since the cheapest chests are only 1000 req. You don't know there is a limited number of chests in each price category, so you assume you will fill your inventory very quickly with low level stuff. They should fix this with a big neon sign in the in-game store.
But a new player does not know that nor that there is a set number of loot chests to open. There is no information about this in-game and that's the deceptive part of it all. Hence my original question, can you get the same gear a second time if you do not have it in your inventory any longer? Does a weapon or mod roll back into the loot pool if you "relinquish" it?
