<GM> sure you can. But just to specify. Are you throwing against the Gaunts in the door-hole or those outside? You may assume that your grenade doesn't fit where the gaunts try to press through. Kinda imagine it like this (but with 3 hormagaunts, and they actually manage to squeeze through, slowly but certain!): <GM> More like you going to flame through the hole they try to get through. Except you decide to open the door and then flame down the hall.

<GM> Only problem is that this would require 2 actions. If one can clear all enemies from the hole in one turn, then you would be able to stick your flame thrower into it. Once again. It is an entire horde basically pressing on one another to get through the hole. This means, the moment one dies in the hole, a new one is in there trying to get through. And once you are bound in melee you can screw it anyway because then the other Hormagaunts get in your way.
