as said, don't want you guys to worry about ammo, except grenades, but even there I won't be ice-cold rather keep it in back of mind if I notice you guys throw too many grenades ^^
Throne, that escolated quickly! I wrote that I'm prone to Black Rage to emphasise the unpredictable and temperamental nature of my character and you guys started treating it as a fact. Wheater I go crazy or not depands strongly on the story. Keep in mind that we have a chaplain of my kin that can easilly control my Red Thirst. That being said, I'm absolutely ok to jump pack outta here if you don't like my character, no problems at all! I however take the GM fixing my info as acceptance in the party. If I'm not welcome just say the word. No hard feelings!
We're cool! Just try to understand that I want to roleplay a "realistic" Blood Angel - noble but mortal. And the two curses of Sanguinios are major part of the chapter and I want them reflected on my character. None of this means that I'll kill any of you! ...or does it? ta-ta-taaa (dramatic music)
Its fine dude we just kinda had a bad experience with another Blood Angel descendant who fell to the Black Rage and did a bunch of outrageous shit(if you read this that is not meant as an insult Raindrop) like a Waagh Boss kill hundreds of Ork Boyz and destroyed a Gargauant on his own. So avoid stuff like that and I think it should work out well. Also do we have a Raven Guard in our midst cause that will be fun except if he is a Chaplin or Apothecary
Mission #1 Mission-Type: Stealth Reconnaissance and Retreival Target World Type: Dead Moon World Name: Haroldheim II Secundus Intel: The world Haroldheim II Primus and Secundus are owned by the Imperium for just a few centuries by now, they are at the outer rim in the Segmentum Tempestus, being a constant target for Corsairs, Orks and potential threat to any other Xenos and heretics, especially since the Governor reported several riots occurring, though the Ordo Hereticus says there is no danger of heresy, they are just unhappy with their leadership due to high taxes and low payments to the civilians. The Governor is a Master of the Forge of the Adeptus Mechanicus who hates "meat bags" and has no emotions to his subjects, they have to work hard, he demands it and does not dare to use some of the money they make to provide them, neither is he really helpful in any other needs to the Imperium except fulfilling his production orders, which are very high quality and in high quantity in short production times, this forbids the Imperium to dispose of him of the Forgeworld as he actually is excellent in what he does. Though Inquisitor Kryptman of the Ordo Xenos suspects him of having secrets towards the Inquisition, that is why this Mission has been delivered to Lord Inquisitor Krauz, who is in charge of this operation and your Deathwatch Team as Kryptman is busy examining and following active Tyranid fleets. *That was the data-slate given to each of you before the mission, you are all in a briefing room on-board the Black Strike Cruiser named Hammer of Faith of Inquisitor Krauz.* Inquisitor Krauz waiting patiently as the Deathwatch Squad walks in. "Ah the new Team." He says while holding a data-slate in his hand with the intel on each member, whispering each Astartes' name as they walk in as if he tries to remember them. "Let's get straight to the source of the mission, shall we?" Krauz asks, not expecting an answer as he just goes on. "Inquisitor Kryptman suspects the Governor to hold secrets from the Imperium and especially the Ordo Xenos. In fact upon Kryptmans suspicion after a small Tyranid invasion, of which there are no trails left in the whole Haroldheim system, all he got told is that such thing never occurred though it was a small tendril he observed through the resources of the Inquisition and it was aiming straight for Haroldheim and then just disappeared." He explained while showing you on the holo-table the flow of the small tyranid tendril and it's route. "Upon that we met with the Master of the Forge who denied everything, what we believed.... Until this." Krauz opened a map of the world Haroldheim II Secundus, which is a dead moon orbiting the Forgeworld Haroldheim II Primus, and pointed on it's dark side of the moon. "Nothing you can see? This is what records reported a few years ago." the map switches to the orbit and a huge spaceship can be seen that sends freighters out that fly to the dark side of the moon, details can't be seen. "There was something built, underground, we have no idea what and upon confronting Governor Ritonus he said that it was nothing but some excavation upon some abnormal scans." Krauz continued. "I do not like to not know what is going on, but since Kryptman is busy following the active Tyranid Fleets we will have to take care of this. Your mission is infiltrate whatever we suspect there and find out what the Governor is hiding from the Inquisition. You will be deployed with a Thunderhawk near to the suspected site. Infiltrate whatever facility might be there. The Thunderhawk will remain outside on your deployment zone for extraction at any point, no reinforcements can be sent to avoid suspicion of the Governor who would hide the operation even stronger, your deployment will be a stealth one as we will jam their signals right the moment you deploy, this way nobody will know you have been sent there." Krauz takes a deep breath as he kept talking without a break. "I expect results, good results. You are dismissed." He finishes and waits a bit in case any of the group has a question.
"So Inquisitor we have no idea what foe we may encounter? Also depending on what we find will the mission parameters change at all?" Asked Marius already contemplating how bad this mission could go with such...limited intel.
