This new trailer confirms it and I find it to be incredibly weird. What did both Dark Souls and Demon's Souls do that gave them an M rating that the sequel doesn't do? I hope they didn't purposefully censor anything just so it could be T rated. Its just odd and makes me wonder what changed the ESRB or the game?

Edit: For those of you in Europe the PEGI rating is similar to the last two games I hear so I guess it won't be strange to you.

I would as Grigdusher say it is because no more breasts, perhaps also less blood flying around (what I would dislike) but if it gets too soft then it kinda kills the mood (there was in Dark Souls already almost no blood)

Maybe its because no more zombie thongs like in Dark souls.
